How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

1. Email us at adamc@probablycomputers.com
2. Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
3. Request your refund - no explanation needed

Refund Timeline

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Funds are returned to your original payment method

What Happens After a Refund

Upon receiving a refund:

• Your commercial license will be revoked
• You may continue using Obsidian Palace under the free AGPL-3.0 license
• Any data stored in your Obsidian vault remains yours

Eligible Purchases

This refund policy applies to:

• Personal Pro License ($29 one-time)
• Commercial License ($49/year)

The free Community tier under AGPL-3.0 does not require a refund policy as no payment is involved.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, currency conversion, and refund transactions securely.
